• The boat departs at 18:00 sharp. Please arrive at Nakanoshima Rose Port between 17:30–17:45 for boarding.

• Bringing your own drinks is not allowed. Drinks will be available for purchase on board.

• Food may be brought on board.

• Restrooms are available on the boat.

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

• Rain or shine! In case of rain, the boat will operate with the roof closed.

• In case of severe weather (typhoons, storms, etc.), the cruise may be canceled. The decision will be made about 3 hours before departure based on the latest weather forecast. If canceled due to severe weather, no cancellation fee will apply.
